1. Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will provide 3D rendering services for a building project as specified by the Client.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:
- Creation of 3D renderings for building project, commercial project etc.
- Providing 5-8 of renderings in various views exterior.
- Any additional services, such as revisions 3 revisions included in price, BIMx models, etc.

2.2 The Client agrees to provide the necessary information, materials, and feedback to facilitate the completion of the Services.

3. Timeline

The Services will commence on the date of payment or the date of transfer of all necessary data required for the execution of the order, whichever occurs later. The Services must be completed within the specified timeframe, which will be determined during the preliminary assessment of the project's cost and complexity. The Service Provider will provide the Client with regular updates on the progress of the project.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a total fee of [amount] for the Services rendered. Payment shall be made in 100% advance. Refunds or cancellation of services will be considered only within 24 hours after payment. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

4.2 All payments will be made to the Service Provider's bank account or via Zelle.

5. Revisions

The Client is entitled to 3 minor revisions included in the total fee. Minor revisions are defined as changes such as color adjustments, material changes, or resizing of 1-3 elements. One revision may include multiple such changes. More substantial changes will be subject to a price adjustment.

6. Intellectual Property
‍
Upon full payment, the Service Provider grants the Client all rights to the final 3D renderings. The Service Provider retains the right to use the renderings in their portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality
‍
Both parties agree to keep all information received from the other party confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
